This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Blood Pressure: Heart Monitor" (the "App"), available on Google Play.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our App.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of data:

• Health data (stored locally on your device): blood pressure readings (systolic/diastolic/pulse), heart rate (BPM), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate variability (HRV), stress level, respiratory rate, blood glucose levels, and daily water intake.
• Camera data: the App uses your device camera to measure heart rate and SpO2 in real time. Camera frames are processed on-device only and are never transmitted or stored.
• Device information: device type, OS version, advertising ID, IP address.
• Usage data: app usage patterns, crashes, and features used.
• Advertising data: data used by Google AdMob to serve ads.
• Payment data: handled by Google Play (we do NOT store your card details).

3. How we use your information

• To provide core app functionality (logging, charting, reminders, and AI-powered health insights).
• To display personalized or non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.
• To improve app stability and fix crashes via analytics.
• To process subscription purchases through Google Play .

4. Data storage & local-first approach

All health measurements (blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2, blood sugar, HRV, respiratory rate, hydration) are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or sync your health data to our servers. We do not sell your personal health information.

5. Camera permission

The App requests camera access solely to measure heart rate and blood oxygen saturation using your device's rear camera and flashlight. No images or video are saved or transmitted.

6. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our App displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, such as the Advertising ID, for personalized ads.

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our App offers auto-renewing Premium subscriptions via Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by Google — we never see or store your payment details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings. A 3-day free trial is available; you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

8. Data retention

Health data lives on your device and is retained until you delete the app or clear app data. Advertising and analytics data are retained according to Google's own policies.

9. Your rights

You may:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Opt out of personalized advertising
